Every sauna sold by Halvarm is covered by its original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage length and terms vary by model and component (structure, heater, electronics) and are listed on each product page once supplier terms are confirmed.
Making a claim
Email matthias@motthouse.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What's typically not covered
- Damage from improper installation, foundation or electrical work
- Normal wood weathering, checking or color change
- Commercial use of residential models
