Mott House LLC (“we”) operates Halvarm. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when saving a quote (name, email, phone, ZIP)
- Your quote configuration and how you interact with it (e.g. revisits, upgrades, financing applications)
- Device data and cookies, including advertising identifiers
How we use it
To send your quote, process orders, provide support, and measure and improve our advertising. We share hashed (SHA-256) contact information and event data with advertising partners including Meta and Google to measure ad performance, and with payment and financing partners (Stripe, Affirm, Acorn Finance) to process your purchase or application.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your data, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising, by emailing matthias@motthouse.com.
