Returns & cancellations
Template copy — have it reviewed by an attorney and aligned with supplier terms before launch.
Because saunas are large freight items shipped directly from the manufacturer, return terms follow each manufacturer's policy. Final terms will be confirmed per supplier.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter production or ship. Contact matthias@motthouse.com as soon as possible.
Returns
- Unopened, undamaged units may be returnable within 30 days of delivery, subject to return freight and a restocking fee set by the manufacturer
- Assembled or installed units are generally not returnable
Damaged in transit
Note damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange replacement parts or a replacement unit with the manufacturer.
