Delivery & assembly

Every piece ships directly from its maker by scheduled freight. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page and confirmed after your order.

Freight delivery

• Free curbside freight delivery to the contiguous United States
• The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window
• Liftgate and scheduled delivery can be added to your quote
• Please inspect the shipment and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Assembly

Saunas and plunges arrive as kits or pre-built units with the maker's assembly guide. Many owners assemble with a helper over a day or two; others hire a local carpenter or handyman. We're happy to walk you through the guide on a video call. Installation is not included and is not performed by us.

Site preparation

You are responsible for a level foundation and, for electric heaters or chillers, a licensed electrician to install any dedicated circuit. We'll share the maker's specs before delivery.
